It's very easy to access and understand. The training demonstrations were straightforward and to the point.
It’s very important to treat all people with respect regardless of their lifestyle choices or things they can’t change about themselves. Very informative videos.

the questions should be read out to you as not everybody reads so well and this would have helped as some word i had a job to read
Having compassion, having simple yet complex diversity can and will have unmeasured outcomes.
I enjoyed this course. I've been close to the subject for many years and I thought this was a great overview not just of the legal position but also to think about the ethics of the subject. The course was very accessible and even had time built in for breaks.
I found it very patronising and not relevant for volunteers. There was nothing about respecting the guidance of the librarians or never working alone or risking jobs you were not confident about.
this training is very indepth and a lot to take in. in my opinion it should be broken down into shorter sessions 30 mins maximum and another 30 mins another time. far too long as course is very complex.
Training would be much more efficient if there were more slides which could be read and clicked through. Especially quantifiable information such as the £1 invested question (can't remember exactly what it was)
