A difficult course to present but this was done well. Explanations are relatively clear and concise but cover the subject well. Just one small point. The transcripts appear to have a line break at each punctuation so are not as easy to follow as other courses such as 'Working at Height'.

Some new information particularly the pronouns for gender equality. Sometimes difficult to remember each different type of discrimination whether direct or indirect but a very useful training session.
It's really very nice training which helps me to improve my communication skill, behavior; understanding and even to understand others based on their ability!
Helped me put myself in other peoples shoe and think more positively in order to co exist peacefully and tolerate the differences in ourselves. excellent.
