The online course is comprehensive. It help to refresh the awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in workplace.
Need more time to review the video
I found the course to be quite in depth, with a lot of detail. I did pass the course ok, but think that as we have people with different levels of intelligence and literacy skills, some may struggle with the theory and wording of this and become stressed trying to complete the course. Not sure if some members of staff should be allowed to be coached through the course rather than left on their own to struggle through.
Was good to learn a few things that I didn't know.
