Very handy information especially as I want to grow within the company and this is information that I will need in the future when I progress.
Really a course which pushes one to think about a lot of concepts and misconceptions in our daily relationships. Course is slightly too long even with the built-in breaks. It would be better to break it down in more courses and have many more in-between questions for course takers to answer to sharpen our views.
