Very well laid out, easy to follow & retain information. Breaks were appreciated & helped me learn better

If ever a course made me glad I'm approaching the end of my working life this is it, I took in all that was said and still didn't get a hundred percent. I think there's questions to trip you up to make the course look good. The courses from this company always seem to be very heavy which only frustrates people I can't see many employees of the company I work for completing this one

Some of the information I was aware of but there were other bits that I wasn't so aware of makes you think about your own actions around people

A very well put together course, practical and insightful with nicely relevant and attached resources.

Good clear content but too long and this makes it boring and you loose interest. Suggest breaking it into 20 or 30min parts/sections with a test after each section

Good course and good in site to knowledge. However I do feel very vulnerable about saying anything and trying to have banter now due to knock on efforts and also worrying about hearing things from others.
