The course is very useful in understanding issues to do with equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Taking such a refresher course should really be encouraged to all employees as this course helps to learn new things all the time. Great examples which are practical are embedded in the course to help comprehend the different topics.

Alot of this was just common sense and was alot longer than it needed to be.
some of the questions took of a bit to understand, but on the whole i did learn quite a bit.

Many of the things taught in the course about gender identity are highly subjective and controversial and should not be taught as fact.
