Very useful training, encouraged me to think of my home/office space and realise the imprtance of a clocking in and clocking out time and not to feel guilty taking breaks.
Lots of dialect but not much else going on. Some things are just common sense.

Can see why I have avoided home working, might attempt it again in order to improve work/home life. Will start with looking at my home office, which is really not a workable space.
