The content of the course was good, it covered the basics, the working environment, but also how to stay organised and communication skills when working remotely. If I could improve one thing, it would be that certain statements were backed more with 'check what your employer's policy is' such as having dependents in the home when someone is trying to work, or suggesting they work from a public place, which is not suitable for our business due to GDPR and data protection reasons.
Towards the end of section 3 the video wouldn't load properly so only watched the first 30 seconds, and the last two wouldn't load at all. Otherwise a good course
Easy to follow
I really enjoyed this short course I feel the balance between information and the time to present it was right. Plus I learnt a couple of things that I can apply to my current situation as a home worker.Many thanks
