The information was informative, light and easy to follow, not bogged down with overloaded information and suggestions. Light and easy yet very beneficial information shared.
Because many employees may not know many of do's and don'ts in workplace and while working remotely also. and some people fully focused for long hrs without taking break and forgot to care themselves while doing their work. For those this course is very useful.
Thought part was covered in previous training but useful in itself as reminder

I really enjoyed this session. The delivery kept the interest with the short, concise clips. A lot of great tips taken away thank you. I especially liked that there is advise around ensuring you are flexible when working from home - it is OK to work in the garden sometimes, OK to walk away from your desk and take a few minutes break etc. Sometimes the nature of work and pressure makes you feel you can't do those things but it's great this has been documented and shared to confirm that yes we can!
