For someone just starting our as a remote worker, this is good, but it adds nothing at all after two or three years doing that - I feel that it's just a box-ticking exercise to make me go through it again and again

I found this course useful as I have recently moved from a construction trades job to an office based job with remote working. I especially found the setting boundaries segment useful. I have a tendency to find it hard to switch off from something I have been thinking deeply about.
