Very good course with lots of useful information particularly the fact that it is our employer's responsibility to ensure that we work in an office which has a comfortable temperature. We regularly sit in an office below the government's minimum temperature.

I did genuinely learn something about posture and stretching at the desk, and about those non-balanced mat things for standing at my desk. But there are some things in here that seem a bit silly: there seems to be an expectation that employers are brilliant and willing to act on any sort of DSE failure, and the notion that if ANYTHING breaks at the desk I should call someone and absolutely not attempt to sort it myself is patronising at best. Overall: some new and interesting stuff in here, and it was presented well (and not awfully force acted), but elements of patronisation that plague these sort of training videos persist.
