I have completed DSE assessments many times before, but the iHasco DSE training was engaging and a useful reminder to showcase and ensure the best practices for ensuring my workstation was correctly set up, that I was taking the correct actions for my posture and to alleviate stress, aches and pains - and reduce risk. The online training course was easy to use and complete, with a clear and concise structure.

This was a great refresher into the DSE usage. We all spend a lot of time in front of our PC's and this course has refreshed what I had forgotten and taken for granted.
