Although the programme was easy to use and gave a lot of good and useful information the sound on the programme was awful, I found myself having to adjust the volume for each video shown.

This programme is easy to use and understand but I would suggest is a little too long and in depth in places? Maybe a shorter course with the options to learn more on areas that are appropriate or more information is required may make it shorter and more targetted
The volume difference between each section varied wildly. Ironic considering this is a health and safety course and I had to continually reach for my volume control when the audio was too loud or too quiet.

I think all staff should know the basics of using a computer and training should be given as a lot of staff are not comfortable using the computer or laptop as they do not have the confidence due to lack of know how
I had a lot of trouble with the software saving my progress
Exercises were too long. Demonstrate each, that is good, but not for the full cycle.
