I like the software. It is visually stimulating and helps you to learn with some good advice that is clear and simple to do. The software however, is really slow. It kept getting stuck and a couple of times ended up selecting the wrong answer on the next page!

This course has highlighted one or two issues with my current IT equipment use, which I have now adjusted accordingly.
It was not clear how to move on from submitting the risk assessment to taking the test. I completed and saved the risk assessment but the program would let me move onto taking the test. It wasn't clear that you have to click the side arrow on the right hand side of the screen. Other than that very straightforward way of conveying information.
Course did not work properly on IE browser so although I completed all modules, only 2 showed as being complete. I had to repeat the remaining modules in another browser. It would be useful to have guidance on how to adapt if the correct equipment is not available e.g. when hot desking
