I realise this is aimed at all levels but think you should incorporate an option to skip visual demonstrations - especially of real-time exercises, repeated the required number of times. It really does eat up time and, I suspect, the vast majority of people will be able to imagine a further 2 repetitions (or more), having witnessed it once.
I think that indoor air quality was not covered. This is important to prevent build up of CO2, other gases, smells and pathogens. If air is not adequately ventilated it can have adverse health effects. Some of the questions were really basic, the training doesn't need to be this longA

a necessary exercise, but extremely tedious in content and review, due to the nature of the subject. 47 minutes does challenge your patience.

Informative training with a good mix of text and visuals. I found the exercises useful in distressing muscles and the risk assessment made me look to see what I could adjust and what I couldn't in a new work area. The training made me more conscious of my posture. However, I found the trainsition between the risk assessment and unlocking the test a bit difficult and had to do the risk assessment several times before the test unlocked.
The course was estimated at 47 minutes long. This is way too long and it could have been summarised in about 10 minutes. I skipped the videos and still got 100%. That tells me something.
