A waste of time
Good course, with some good tips on posture and exercises. However , I would say that a couple of the questions in the test aren't particularly key - e.g. in what direct should your thumbs be when you roll your shoulders? Or, how many degrees down do people read at? (with only 5 degree intervals on the multiple choice).
This makes you realise that it is too easy to forget about good posture when using a PC or laptop or mobile.

Excellent principals to practice, As this is access through a company logon, some company specific tailoring would be useful such as expected equipment provided, e.g wireless mice/keyboards/headsets. even docking stations.
