This is a very good course, lots of helpful information highlighted. Looking after ourselves is very important and this course highlighted some basic but important steps we can take to prevent us from unintentionally harming ourselves.

The course is really beneficial
As far as training goes, it was actually quite interesting. Easy to follow and kept my attention with the short sections and different cut aways in situ.
I end up seeing one of these kind of courses every couple of years, and this version was by far the best version. They're always pretty boring and monotonous, but I found this one OK and felt I actually took in more of the information than I normally would. The acting and animations were well done.
