A good reminder to ensure we all don't get a bit lazy and slip into bad habits whilst sitting at our desks at home. Taking regular breaks and moving about and undertaking gentle exercises and stretched is a must. Thanks
Using DSE seems second nature to many, but as with all DIY there are pitfalls to avoid. This course nails them and helps keep you productive and free from health problems associated with using DSE.
