I did learn and realise some aspects that I was not previously aware of.
All seem to be well presented with logical good advise.
As I am not a desk jockey I don't need these courses as I do not spend that much time on the computer usually I only check e-mails

i think that you should be able to change the answer if you click it by mistake. I mistakingly touched the keyboard and the wrong answer was selected and when i changed it, it did not accept it. Otherwise i would have had 19 out of 20 correct.
This was an easy to watch course and while I do not spend lengthy periods at a computer, still gave me food for thought, especially the 'text neck!' The main speakers spoke clearly and were easy to comprehend, a course I would recommend, particularly to my two adult, working children!
Contentwise, one of the best online training I have ever had.
