Excellent, people friendly training. Covers everything brilliant.
I find that although I know the importance of posture, positioning, taking time away and refocusing, this course ensures that throughout you practise exactly that. I can certainly tell a difference whilst completing this and find it most worthwhile.
This training was very helpful, some information I was aware of but there were a few points I wasn't aware of which will help me in my new role.
I learnt a lot from the Display Screen Equipment training, I enjoyed learning different aspects from it & I also took notes as I went along, to refer back to in the future
