Clear training with well presented videos. Drawbacks: a) you cannot skip sections that do not apply to you (e.g. standing desks or pregnancy), b) a lot of the material would be known by most people but you cannot advance the videos, c) it took longer than the claimed 20 mins because you have to sit through everything. Given that we were watching it for home working, it didn't really give you much that related to the home context.
Too long and dull,, Simple messages that can be communicated shorter and simpler

A very long talk through that I believe could have been shorter. It's hard to retain the information until end for this reason. Very informative but not engaging. Simple and easy to use.
Whilst the training includes important information, it is very long and some of the details are over the top, such as explaining that we need to blink.
Course was generally good (poor sound quality but may be my connection) there were a number of sections that did not apply and could have been optional to focus the training for an individual, for example I do not use a standing desk, or am I ever likely to become pregnant.
If you asked a few question to see how we work and then only used the parts that are applicable, for example I never sit so I do not want to listen to all that stuff.
quite informative but a lot of information I already was aware of
