Very informative

Its a really useful course - shame in some classrooms we don't have the facilities or equipment to put into real life what the theory tells us to do!

not bad - but

I find this type of learning incredibly passive. This particular one was not too bad.. though my eyes were tired at the end of it, which was ironic

Was very long to complete

Training was good with showing what exercises but it was very long to complete .

Glazing over...

Useful as highlighting the issues surrounding working with displays / IT equipment in general and adopting healthy work habits in relation to that may be, the course really goes on a bit too long I feel? Surely it must be possible to convey the same in a more succinct manner?

showed my bad habits

Over 40 years picked up many bad habits

Thank you well presented.

Was ok most of it obvious thank you. A few things...Been furloughed for five months and high eye pressure improved so didn’t agree on the one about eyes. Was trained as a touch typist using a typewriter and we were trained to not dip our wrists but have a position of allowing our fingers to hover over the qwerty key pad , with back straight seat adjusted properly and not looking at our work, been typing since age 16 now 61 never had repetitive strain with doing it this way. But I have seen people with bad practice typing nearly laying down. Lol

Too much stating of the blinkin' obvious

Subject does not warrant a 28-minute,45 slide presentation.
