Although I was aware of many of the points raised in the training due to working around computers for 25 years I still found the training very informative and helpful. There were also timely reminders about posture which reminded and highlighted to me how I was sat and positioned whilst watching.

Nothing was left out and it helps people who do not know what is good posture and what is not along with how many time you feel the need to rest your eyes.

Raises issues particularly working in Schools where access to proper equipment is limited.
Information content was valuable but took far to long to communicate the key points, as a consequence people are likely switch off and do alternative tasks concurrently or defer doing the training completely. The test was OK. DSE assessment was very good.
