The information was useful, refreshed my knowledge and reminded me of the good practice that over time stopped doing.
I would like to suggest that there is a 1.5x speed up button because I sometimes struggled to keep up and focus with the slow speed of audio/subtitles.
The importance of good posture, frequent breaks, mobility of body parts and activity changes when using DSEs.
