good course, makes you think about your working environment and make minor adjustments to prevent problems occurring in the future.
Very informative course - covers workstation posture, stress, positioning of equipment. Highly recommend this course.
Clearly it's a good thing that colleagues get educated about how to sit to avoid injury, but this felt like overkill. I've done similar training in various roles and I don't feel that there was much in this training that was new to me. I feel I've spent quite a bit of time to learn very little if anything. Perhaps colleagues could do the full course the first time and any refreshers could be briefer, perhaps focusing on anything that has been added.
