I do not work in an office or have a desk, however, I do work on a laptop so that part helped. As an LSA this training wasn't really relevant to my job.

The training course was quick and easy to use and the quiz at the end was a good way of testing the knowledge and skills gained.

Enjoyed the training, only thing i can suggest is that we can split it in two sessions, otherwise very clear and informative training.

Would recommend this to others though would still need a self assessment form to ensure staff embrace what has been taught.
Very good to be reminded about posture and stretching - we get so busy we forget.
