Enjoyed taking it but could have been a little shorter
The course was long but sensibly split into modules that allowed the student to follow some of the advice given on breaking long sessions on computer screens etc

Very interesting and easy to understand.
This is useful training. It is particularly good to have subtitles to the video, really useful in an open plan office.
This training programme seems to have detailed the topic of working safely at a desk, using a computer or laptop. Having done similar courses before, this programme also covered stretches you can do while at your desk to alleviate stresses or strains whereas previous programmes never went this far.
Helpful to understanding posture and the different equipment we are currently using
