Informative and better to take the test at my desk than in a noisy room

Some bits were blindingly obvious but made me think about my currently poor posture etc. so worthwhile.

Explanation was really good

The online video tutuorial was clear and concise in its delivery. It achieved the objective of making me aware of my working environment and what I can do to help maintain my health.

The Training Programme is very good, as it raises the level of awareness in the workplace of key factors and behaviours which can affect both your short term and long term wellbeing.

Very good but sound/volume varies in sections.varies in different sections.

When you have done your assessment a button at the bottom of the form to take you to the test

Very useful and informative but the sound level varied quite a lot which was irritating (and hence the 4 stars, rather than 5!).
