Very interesting and easy to understand.

This is useful training. It is particularly good to have subtitles to the video, really useful in an open plan office.

This training programme seems to have detailed the topic of working safely at a desk, using a computer or laptop. Having done similar courses before, this programme also covered stretches you can do while at your desk to alleviate stresses or strains whereas previous programmes never went this far.

Was a very helpful presentation. Enjoyed the training. A bit lengthy, but helpful. One area that could be used to improve is skipping to the next point or slide if the forward button is used.

it would be even better if it told you who to contact about any issues - where you could get extra equipement from (within your organisation) - such as document holders/earpieces/footrests etc...

If we take all the breaks suggested and stop to do exercises etc there will be little time to work

Hopefully will eleviate back pain, the exercises look like they will be useful.
