Over emphasis on posture

I like the way the iHasco courses are presented, however, I believe there is an over emphasis on "good posture". This also applies to the Manual Handling course, which I couldn't review as the link led to Google Reviews. As far as I can tell, there is little evidence that good posture is particularly important with respect to spinal and other health issues. Indeed, there is increasing evidence that an over emphasis on correcting posture can lead to pain in people with no real physical medical problems. I found this resource useful: https://www.painscience.com/articles/posture.php#sec_poorI think regularly moving is important and this should be stressed more.

OK but ....

Not sure the point about making sure cables for network and power are long enough to avoid stretching is needed - should be obvious. The point about "alternating shoulders" when carrying a a backpack is surely bad practice as any physiotherapist would say that a backpack should be used on both shoulders to spread the load.

long winded

the training seemed to be drawn out and lost my interest.

Infuriatingly high number of videos

The content was fine, but considering what the content talks about, to make you have to watch and then click continue for over 50 short videos, some of which had to be reloaded because they didn't work the first time, seems and inefficient way to to set up the training.

Repetative too long

These courses are undertaken during our shift without relief and whilst carrying out our primary duties. A little bit of editing could reduce the time spent by two thirds and still be as affective.

Clearly a course designed for all levels

I have completed this course and found it completely unsuitable for me. I have an honours degree in I.T. so do not need to be patronised by the course making ridiculous comments and suggestions that a 2 year old would already know. Why don't you design the course with two different paths? One for educated people with a normal degree of intelligence and one for people with a low level of intelligence, i.e the course you have presented me today.

Easy to use; patronisingly long winded

The effectiveness of each individual message is lost by forcing the participant to sit through every stage of the course. There should be a 15 minute core presentation with half an hour of content optional for focused interest. The fact that the programme does not store your progress and a single cursor error sends you back for a repeat of over 40 minutes is unforgivably frustrating!
