A good refresher course on the potential effects both drink and drug use have on your everyday life. The topics covered all of the basics I was previously aware of. The course duration was about right for the material content.
I think that it was informative-not too much detail but enough to raise awareness and give information.

It makes us aware of the misuse of drugs and alcohol and gives us a fair idea of some medical terminology and how it is affected by consuming large quantities of alcohol. This course is an eye-opener and it's great for teaching us about what happens to our bodies when we indulge in excessive drinking & drugs.
Good course but could have been a little more construction related , in terms of plant and wolfing at height . Also it could have advised on work place Drug and Alcohol testing
