I found this one a bit too heavy going for carers in a care home, to be honest. An interesting course,but too much detail for my purposes.
The course is really interesting. It tells us about rules and regulations about everything about your work every day. Things that you have to follow about different patients that you look after every single day and a different form that have to be used if there's any problems with that person.
I found this quite hard but useful
