The video was very informative, brief and to the point, I appreciated that it didn't talk down to me and that it gave me a greater understanding of how I can improve my customer service.The unskippable nature of the video lost it points, however for a course that is so short that wasn't much of a concern. I would recommend removing the option to make videos unskippable Or make it so you can read a summary for re-takes instead of re-watching.
Easy to understand, well structured and short videos are perfect length especially for those that have shorter attention spans

I found this course very useful, although I have been in retail for many years to what I feel I give excellent customer service this online training customer service programme makes you reflect on your own customer service and proves that there is always room for improvement. Thank You

I have never been provided with training in customer service, it has made me realise how miserable I am. I will endeavour to change my ways.
Definitely worth a reminder even after years in Customer Service!
