It was ok, I was able to pick it all up, however it is very long and couldn't hold my attention for that length of time due to the amount if information it was telling you. Even though it gave all the relevant information. It could have been better to have some slides, then question, then more slides and more questions instead of a lot of information and one large test at the end. Even though it is pretty straight forward and common sense, it would have been better to follow in short bursts

Information on Hazardous materials & risk management relevant. Too much other information given, adds to confusion.

I feel this course has too much focus in trying to play with words and trick questions rather than focusing on what is important and having an understanding of it.

Having been in the facilities industry for many years, I have used several different systems to this such as Human Focus, Eskilz etc. and note that this platform assumes that all staff have access to a PC while at work. Furthermore there isn't any interim testing to ensure that the delegate has taken-in the information just imparted. I have found that in some cases if the delegate is made to read the info, they absorb the information easier. I also found that the questions at the end were too easy!

I don't have to deal with many hazardous substances but still found this useful to know different types and how to deal with spillages etc

I found this one not to flow as well as the others which I have done.
