Would prefer question and answer
A box ticking exercise if ever I have experienced one (and I don't mean the test, although that obviously was one in itself), it is all about managers being able to cover their arses rather than looking at the real risks in the workplace and working through a process that makes the workplace safer.

I had to undertake this training in a busy office not designed for training. I had to use the subtitles as the sound was disturbing others in the office. What a cheap and nasty alternative to what we used to call training.
WASTE OF MY TIME
