Time consuming and not worth the paper is written on. Face to face contact with a tutor is much more valuable to me.

This was a very basic course which seemed as though it was aimed at someone with little or know experience and no training.

Started training package, however there was a error "Error Loading Player No Playable Sources Found". Consequently there was no video or subtitles available! I continued to the test and only passed because I have completed COSHH training many times before.
Needs less video and more reading material
He makes me not want to watch, so I skipped all the videos. I hope you are not paying him? If you are then I suggest you get a refund. Find someone who has at least a tiny bit of character and charisma.
