I found this course to be consise, and informative. It wasn't too heavy, seemed to cover all the important aspects of COSHH very well.

Generally good introductory course overall. However, questions at end of test do not always specifically align with the key points topics covered, leading to potential ambiguity of response. The modules need to be amended to avoid confusion to the trainee in this respect.

It could have been quicker to complete.

This course had some information that wasn’t relevant to childcare, however all information was relevant and helpful

The course does well to introduce employees to potential hazardous substances in the workplace. One question that can easily be confused with health and safety essentials is the issue around a spilt liquid; the responses by an employee to a spilt liquid are conflicting (context is missing). Secondly, the assessment also incorrectly assumes that all hazardous substances can cause a mild to severe skin reaction (getting a splash of diesel on one's skin doesn't typically cause a skin reaction but a person shouldn't ingest it).

I didnt expect it to be easier this time. Im glad there is a change compared to before. It is very educational. Ive learned a lot, thank you
