This was a good course which was not overly long but covered what is needed to help deal with conflict.
This course forces you to really think about your own issues, or issues with others. Do I actively listen to others. Yes I do notice body language, and technique I can put in place to resolve issues I’m having with loved ones. Starting with, what’s the best solution for both of us.
A very useful course for both work and personal situations.
