Interesting, particularly understanding the differences between bullying and harassment
I thought the content got to the heart of the topic quickly and addressed the key points in the simplest possible way. It made a very sensitive subject easy to grasp and I think it will make it much easier for people to not only raise matters if necessary but also address the matters with colleagues and managers.
A great course to make us all aware of these current issues. I enjoyed taking part in this training.
Easier due to having completed same course for managers but still to the point and concise.
This is really useful for helping to identify any bullying/harassment within the workplace. It also shows that as an employer, its an issue taken seriously.
