I learned things that I was unaware of within the workplace on this subject, so I feel much better informed as to what to do if required.

This course outlining the characteristics and difference between bullying and harassment on a workplace is really helpful in both educating and eye-opening of staff/employee rights and how effectively an organization can improve the relationship within employees and their line managers.

The course makes you think how an innocent statement could be misunderstood and upsetting to a third party without any intention to do so.

Gives a full explanation of the sufferers

This is an excellent training module - explains a complicated subject very clearly and with great examples.

What bullying and harassment are, and the fact such behaviour is unacceptable, should be obvious to all but sadly, generally speaking it is not in today's society so I think this is a useful course/reminder to all staff for in and out of the work environment. .

The video presentations are much easier to follow than written presentations. The examples are clear and the test questions are unambiguous.
