Good course. I do believe there are a lot of really grey areas regarding this subject, but it is good to better understand the overall subject and difference between Bullying and Harassment.

This training course give all the required information about bulling and harassment for the line manger, like the meaning of them, type of discrimination, imbalance of power between bully and the victim, effect of bulling, policy with bullying claim with informal and formal route and how to create a positive workplace, all these information are important for any line manager.
