This training course give all the required information about bulling and harassment for the line manger, like the meaning of them, type of discrimination, imbalance of power between bully and the victim, effect of bulling, policy with bullying claim with informal and formal route and how to create a positive workplace, all these information are important for any line manager.

Very Tricky

Found this course informative as Im at an age where 'Free speech' was encouraged in the workplace and at times could lead to 'heated discussions'. Now we must be wary of surroundings and others who may be within hearing distance of any personal discussions.
