Well presented course with use of graphics to help with your knowledge.He spoke clearly and I liked the summary information at the end of each section.

This course is really an eye opener. Small things which we have tendency to ignore should not be ignored. One should be wary of smallest things taking place around us while doing our jobs. Which may have serious impact on our career. Superb course giving lot of details to the employees.
As I said it was clear, concise and set at a good pace with enough breaks to allow the user to come back to it when called away to urgent work related items.
