Course content is good but it is frustrating not to be able to skip or double-speed already familiar content, or to take the test without reviewing content for an already-familiar subject. This is how professionals routinely learn and consume material and should not be seen as some sort of 'cheating'.

some people have different learning types - I myself find it very difficult to listen to people speaking in a lecturing fashion - I much prefer to read the source material as I'm able to see the facts and important information directly- the fact the videos are forced to be watched, puts it down for me - reading the transcript is the easiest way for me to learn.
You haven't catered for organisations working in hostile or challenging environments in the 3rd world where facilitation payments may be need to be made to secure safety or prevent violence. Your naivety surrounding this is incredulous.

The course was good but could have been shortened significantly.
Good overall but two questions i think are too vague
It mentions proportionality. This is far too much for a situation 99% of all employee won't never come.

would prefer some fact sheets and ability to jump to test as a start, to see if you know the content, if you fail then you have to do the course
