Mental Health Awareness Week 2023
Posted 1 year ago
The 15th of May marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, which is an awareness campaign recognised by a number of leading mental health charities.
The campaign aims to promote positive wellbeing, teach people how to recognise signs of mental ill-health, and break the negative stigma surrounding mental health.
The theme of this year’s campaign is “Anxiety”.
Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.
How to get involved with Mental Health Awareness Week
There are lots of ways that you can get involved in Mental Health Awareness Week, and taking part simply requires your organisation to actively promote positive wellbeing. Whether that is through activities, or any other means, the best way to take part is by ensuring that you are engaging your employees.
Here’s a couple of ways that we can help you get involved in Mental Health Awareness Week…
