Very informative
Great for bar, pub, and club staff but would like a similar course for convenience store staff and to include other restricted sales items like knives, medicines, solvents, etc. This would be more specific to sale rather than consumption of alcohol and other restricted products

Very useful to understand our legal obligations , even is we do not own a licensed premises. Perhaps more people should be aware of a licensee`s responsabilities.
