I'm a professional Trainer and have suffered many of these compliance type courses which are normally truly awful. This was refreshingly different. I learned a lot, was not patronized and it didn't take too long. The test questions were mostly sensible and unambiguous too. All in all I quite enjoyed it and it was a good use of my time - I never thought I would say that of a compliance type course!
I know now more like before, thank you
