It ticks all the boxes but could of been more in-depth as to information and questions, I hold a license and had to do alit more to obtain that. Other than that good
Seems well structured and thought through. 1 error - you can have the designed premises supervisor dis-applied (at least in Wales).
This training programme is and excellent way to train employees about working in licensed premises. There is a small issue about the glitch/on the speach of the trainer.

The course is well laid out and gets you to recognise the reasons for certain rules and regulations within a licensed premises. Getting the trainee to answer a few questions whilst going through the training gives confidence to them before having to take the test in the end. All in all a comfortable way to learn.
It's very easy to go back and watch/listen to a video clip again if necessary. I found the 'How are you doing?' quick questions helpful also. This gave me a chance to reflect on what I had learnt from that section.
Learnt a few regulations I didn't know about, very informative.
