it was a very good, to-the-point, clear and thorough training

Training good because questions are worded such that you need to read them twice to make sure you answer correctly

If it wasn't for the few visual aids involved in this training (e.g CGI people and scenes) I would surely have fallen asleep! The subject matter is irrelevant to this fact as I love to learn new skills, but the method of delivery is very dull. There is far too much information delivered in one format (man talking at the trainee) and I feel that people with a kinesthetic learning style will really, really struggle to retain the information given.

As a scaffolder with 30 years plus experience it was a little like teaching your gran to suck eggs, but it is always good to refresh on changes with in the industry. An ideal infomative course for people who are taking up a career which will involve them working at heights.

The program and the test from start to finish was clear and easy to use, instructions were very good only a small amount of computer skills were required to allow you to start and complete the test which is good. the final test cert was of good quality and looks very professional.

It covered a lot of aspects of working at height and kept the point short and concise

I think it covered a wide range of scenarios. real world scenarios encountered in the workplace.
