Good content.
Informative and educational
When I first started I thought here we go again, sitting here for ages for some more training but was surprised it got straight to the point with someone speaking to you and then putting the key points upon the screen, this made it easier to remember for me being a first timer and still managed to get my 100%. Thanks.
Interesting but not really relevant to working in admin. 40 minutes was a good length. Liked multiple choice questions.
This module covered a vast array off topics & was thoroughly thought out & presented. The overall interface does need some improvement such as bein able to do it in full screen & being able to watch the video clips with the next slide next to it so as the person talks it woul highlight on the slide. The you could click on the bullet points & it would take you to that section of the video.

Overall a good product which is easy to use and to the point, i like the way you can't just skip to the test as we all forget things, a little refresher can help prevent a major incident.
